Ngian Siew Siong
Group Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ngian Siew Siong, an accomplished professional in the property development industry, holds the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of the Property Development Division at Chin Hin Group. Graduating in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, he began his career with Jabatan Parit and Saliran Malaysia in 1976.

Shifting to the private sector, he contributed significantly to MBF Group Property Division and was pivotal in launching the property development business at Sunway Group. His instrumental role led Sunway Group Property to be recognized for innovation and customer service. With over 27 years at Sunway Group, he retired as the Managing Director – International Division in 2012. Mr. Ngian’s extensive expertise extends to lecturing at UTAR, contributing to REHDA Institute publications, and serving as an Independent and Non-Executive Director at Nam Long Investment Corporation. He is dedicated to talent development, innovation, and sustainable practices.

Chang Tze Yoong
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Chang Tze Yoong, appointed in January 2023, brings with him an extensive 23-year tenure in the property development sector. His academic journey encompasses a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (International Business) from the University Putra Malaysia, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the National University of Malaysia.

Commencing as an engineer engaged in the expansive 600-acre township development of Pantai Sepang Putra, Mr. Chang’s trajectory in the industry has been marked by diverse involvements. His portfolio includes ventures into master planned townships and integrated developments, encompassing retail, commercial, and residential domains. His professional acumen has enriched esteemed entities like Asian Pac Group and Mah Sing Group Berhad. Notably, he also spent 11 prolific years within Sunway Berhad’s Property Development Division, adding a significant chapter to his impactful career journey.

Loi Kok Mun
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Loi Kok Mun was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Chin Hin Group Property Berhad on June 21, 2023. Holding dual professional qualifications in Accounting from the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), he brings a strong financial acumen to the team.

Beginning his career at KPMG, he gained valuable experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, and management. He further honed his expertise in finance leadership positions at renowned companies like Wing Tai Holdings Berhad, Bukit Kiara Properties Sdn Bhd, and GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad. His previous role as Chief Financial Officer at Eastern & Oriental Berhad showcases his comprehensive financial prowess. Mr. Loi is an invaluable addition to Chin Hin Group Property Berhad, contributing his extensive financial background to the company’s growth and success.
