No. All car parks have been pre-allocated to the respective units for the SIFUS submission to obtain the APDL approval. No changes to the car park allocation can be made after the submission.

Security

Booking & Purchasing

Yes, a representative may collect the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) on your behalf, provided they bring an authorisation letter. You may request the authorisation letter template via email to info@chinhinproperty.com.
The SPA is a legally binding contract between the buyer and seller in a real estate transaction. It outlines the terms and conditions of the sale, including the purchase price, payment schedule, and other relevant details. On the other hand, the Authorisation Letter is a document that grants permission for the refund cheque to be issued to the designated payee. This letter ensures that the refund process is handled according to the buyer's instructions.
Also known as ‘Borang 14A,’ the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) is a document used to transfer or register property from the Developer to the Purchaser’s name. Initially, the title is registered under the Proprietor’s or Developer’s name. The MOT is a crucial document in the property transfer process, as it legally records the change of ownership.
The MOT is prepared by the Solicitors and is typically signed by the Purchaser at their office. Copies of the MOT are not automatically provided to the Purchaser. However, you may request a photocopy of the MOT from the Solicitors for record purposes. It is advisable to keep a copy of the MOT for your personal records to ensure you have proof of the property transfer.

Payment

No, all payments must be made in full before Vacant Possession can be granted.
