（吉隆坡20日讯）文君集团（BKOON，7187，主板工业产品股）股东拿督斯里周明德，于本月17日增持该公司15.19%股权或4202万6900股，使持股权突破20%。
值得注意的是，周明德也是振兴集团（CHINHIN，5273，主板贸服股）创办人兼副执行主席。
根据文君集团向交易所报备的文件，周明德在本月17日，于公开市场买下202万6900股，并在场外购买4000万股，但没有公布购价。
完成股权收购，周明德在文君集团的股权持有率，从早前的4.84%，增加至20.03%，或5542万3800股。
文君集团的核心业务是复新商用车，包括修复、重新组装及整修等及租赁业务。
而振兴集团的业务，则是分销建筑材料及提供物流服务、销售预拌混凝土、制造蒸压加气混凝土、预制混凝土产品、钢丝网以及金属屋顶结构。
