Ms Kwan Sook Peng is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and was appointed to the Board on 8 August 2022. She is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) and a Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

She started her career with accounting firm in Singapore since 1990. She then joined Sime Darby Holdings Berhad as Business Head, Corporate Assurance thereafter she left and joined a shared services organisation namely Sime Darby Global Services Centre Sdn Bhd. In year 2014, she re-joined Sime Darby Holdings Berhad as Senior Team Lead, Group Compliance Officer in Property Division and left in June 2016 to set up her own firm, namely FKSP Consulting Solutions, a consulting firm that provides advisory, risk and assurance services in manufacturing companies, automotive, industrial, oil and gas, engineering, property development, health care organisation, insurance companies, non-profit and shared service organisations.

She is currently the Chairman of Audit Committee and a member of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

She has no relation with any director and/or major shareholder of the Company, no conflict of interest with the Company and has not committed any offences within the past five (5) years other than traffic offences, if any, nor any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
